Gas company employees, Jim Leichtenberger and Jake Moore, erect No Trespassing signs along a public road to the State Game Lands within Allegheny National Forest where a Marcellus shale gas pad and anchor well have been installed along with reservoirs for the hydro-fracturing water. The gas company can use the surface of public lands to access its subsurface mineral rights without compensation to the state or federal governments.
